Orders and checkout

Checkout is handled by Shopify. Placing an order is an offer to buy at the price shown at checkout; an order is accepted once payment is confirmed.

Products and pricing

Descriptions, measurements and prices may change without notice before an order is placed. Where a piece is part of a numbered or collaboration run, the quantity is fixed and it is not reprinted once the run closes.

Intellectual property

The 3 Nightmares name, logo and artwork belong to 3 Nightmares. Collaboration artwork remains the property of the collaborating artist and is used under agreement. Nothing on this site may be reproduced commercially without permission.

Submissions

Sending a collaboration submission does not create an agreement and does not transfer any rights in your work. If a collaboration goes ahead, terms are agreed separately in writing.

Liability

This site is provided as-is. It may change without notice and may be unavailable at times.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
